Some of you may know that I managed a Tibetan restaurant a few years back. This was a family affair: my sister-in-law did the cooking, my husband managed, and my brother-in-law ran the deliveries. It was also 100% authentic Tibetan Cuisine, as close to what you would find in Tibet as you can get without actually going there.
As a major food holiday is coming up, I thought I would share my food-related experience with anyone who wanted to have a taste of Tibet. Starting November 19th and ending November 24th, I will be selling the Yongewa Kitchen Cookbook for 34% off on Amazon Kindle. Just go to their discount page or look for The Yongewa Kitchen Cookbook.
